Real Estate Investor Purchases Residential Property in Weston, CT with WAC Loan
September 29, 2023: Worth Avenue Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it just successfully closed a $130,000 commercial loan to a real estate investor who is purchasing a residential property in Weston, Connecticut. The loan proceeds will be used towards the purchase of the aforementioned property and the loan is secured by a second mortgage on another residential property in Norwalk, Connecticut with an underlying LTV of approximately 50%.
The property in Norwalk, Connecticut is already under contract for sale and is scheduled to close in late October. WAC’s short term bridge loan will be paid off in full upon the sale of the property in Norwalk, Connecticut.
