WORTH AVENUE TRUST (IN FORMATION)

Worth Avenue Trust (In Formation), an affiliate of Worth Avenue Capital, is seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial executive to serve as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership team during the formation of a new financial institution and play a pivotal role in its growth, strategic development, and long-term success.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial real estate finance, capital markets, and executive leadership, along with the ability to develop strategic relationships and drive business growth.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate should possess:

• MBA with a concentration in Finance or Marketing
• A minimum of 8–10 years of executive or senior management experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and/or Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) industries
• A working knowledge of REIT laws and regulations 
• Demonstrated experience in capital markets
• Proven experience working with investment banking firms and other institutional financial partners
• Exceptional marketing and business development skills
• A successful track record of raising capital from institutional and/or accredited investors
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Chief Operating Officer will work closely with senior leadership to:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Worth Avenue Trust
• Assist in executing the company's strategic growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banking firms, institutional investors, and strategic partners
• Lead capital-raising initiatives and support the expansion of the company's investor base
• Collaborate on marketing and business development strategies to increase market presence and drive new opportunities
• Help establish operational policies, procedures, and best practices during the Trust's formation and growth
