Worth Avenue Capital LLC Provides $140K Loan For Do Valle LLC
Jan 3: WAC is mentioned by Commercial Record for providing a $140K loan.
Worth Avenue Capital LLC on Dec. 30 closed a $140,000 commercial loan for Do Valle LLC, a wine and spirits distributor in Branford.
The loan proceeds were used to restructure the company’s debt and obtain additional working capital for the company. They also enabled a family member associated with the company to be released from a contingent liability that was on a personal balance sheet. The individual was a personal guarantor on a loan with another bank that was subsequently paid off with the proceeds from this new loan.
The loan was funded by a Connecticut-based community bank.
