WAC Closes $50,000 Commercial Loan for CT Dentist
Worth Avenue Capital, LLC successfully closed a $50,000 commercial loan for a Connecticut based dentist. The loan proceeds were used to purchase new equipment for the dental practice and the loan was funded by a Connecticut based community bank. WAC was able to arrange the financing for the dentist very quickly and was able to obtain a 5% fixed rate for its client from the lender.
