Worth Avenue Capital Successfully Closes $150,00 Commercial Loan
Worth Avenue Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed a $150,000 commercial loan for a real estate investor who needed to restructure some outstanding debt on one of their holdings. The loan was secured by the real estate asset itself and was funded by one of WAC’s private lenders. The loan closed within two weeks from the day that the loan application was submitted to WAC.
