Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Originator. The Loan Originator will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, advising clients, processing loan requests, and collaborating with underwriting and finance teams to ensure efficient loan origination. The role also includes maintaining client relationships and staying updated on industry trends. Candidates must have strong knowledge of financial instruments and mortgage-related practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Loan Origination and a strong understanding of Loans
• Proficiency in underwriting practices and analysis
• Knowledge of Mortgages and related financial documentation
• Familiarity with finance and lending industry practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple loan applications effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in loan origination or a related role is a plus
• Proficiency with AI tools to efficiently analyze and synthesize large datasets to identify high-quality leads
