Darien, CT Borrower Pays Off $250K Loan

July 16, 2026: Worth Avenue Capital, LLC is pleased to congratulate a borrower who just paid off a $250,000 CRE loan. The loan was secured by a blanket junior mortgage on two investment properties in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, and a residential property in Darien, Connecticut. The borrower secured conventional bank financing within 90 days of loan origination to pay off WAC’s short term bridge loan. This marks another successful full circle transaction for WAC.
