Worth Avenue Capital Successfully Closes Two Loans For Connecticut Based Physician
Worth Avenue Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it has just successfully closed two loans totaling $135,000 for a Connecticut-based physician. In addition to practicing medicine, the physician, along with his wife, owns a real estate investment vehicle that owns and operates several investment properties. The two new loans enabled the physician to obtain working capital for his medical practice as well as obtain additional working capital for their real estate investment vehicle and reduce their overall monthly interest expense on the real estate debt. The two loans were funded by a Connecticut-based community bank.
