Within 3 Days WAC Enables Repeat Customer to Access Capital

Worth Avenue Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it just successfully closed a $100,000 line of credit for a Connecticut based real estate investor. The loan proceeds will be used to assist the borrower with purchasing additional real estate assets for investment. The loan is secured by a blanket mortgage on two investment properties in Connecticut and the loan was funded by one of WAC’s private investors. This loan closed within three days.
This particular borrower is another repeat customer of WAC. They continue to take advantage of WAC’s streamlined lending process that enables them to access capital for real estate investment purposes in a matter of days.
