WORTH AVENUE CAPITAL CONTINUES
ON ITS FAST TRACK WITH ITS LATEST 200,000 COMMERCIAL LOAN
Guilford CT. Worth Avenue Capital LLC, a division of Ciaburri & Company, has just closed a significant commercial loan for a prominent landscaping contractor in Fairfield County.
The borrower specializes in both residential and commercial landscaping projects in lower Fairfield County, has serviced the County for two decades, and looked to Worth Avenue for capital to expand the enterprise.
Michael M. Ciaburri, president of Worth Avenue Capital, and a veteran Connecticut banker, worked out the details of the loan with a local commercial bank headquartered in Fairfield County.
“We specialize in small to midsize business throughout the region,” Ciaburri said. “We’re a banking boutique with access to many diverse financial resources. This allows us to deliver funding faster, while others are still crunching numbers. We also offer bank workouts and hard money loans.”
Worth Avenue Capital is approaching its third year in business. Located on the Shoreline in Guilford, the firm was founded by Ciaburri, a former bank president, who has unlimited contacts in the financial community nationwide. “Entrepreneurs today need more than promises. The business environment calls for a wide variety of lending needs and immediate funding.
“Virtually every business looks for fresh capital sources. We can quickly tailor the loans for those needs from a nationwide network of ready investors. Business owners look to us as a financial oasis in the current down national economy.” Ciaburri concluded: “the fact is we deliver.”
